Hailey Flood - Lead Wedding Planner
Hello! My name is Hailey Flood and my husband and I have called Southwest Virginia home for the past four years, and we now have two little ones who keep life exciting. In 2013, my husband and I met while attending Radford University, so this area has always held a special place in my heart. I love that I get to raise my family here while doing something I truly love!
I graduated from Longwood University in 2018 with a Master’s in Counseling Education, specializing in School Counseling. My background in education taught me the importance of communication, organization, and thinking on my feet, all skills that have carried over into my work in the wedding industry.
I’ve now been working in weddings for seven years, and I couldn’t be more grateful to do what I love!
I pride myself on my attention to detail, organization, and ability to help couples feel at ease throughout the planning process. I know wedding planning can sometimes feel overwhelming, and that’s where I come in! Emma Schwartz - Lead Wedding Planner
My name is Emma Schwartz, and my husband and I are based in Roanoke, VA where we live with our dog, cat, and 2 birds.
I fell in love with wedding planning by planning my own wedding from the ground up, 7 years ago!
With knowledge of the top vendors in the area, I pride myself on crafting exceptional events that are not easily forgotten. I am passionate about weddings, and passionate about interpreting your vision and ideas and bringing them to life! From day of event coordination, down to helping choose a venue or decorations, we take care of every detail.
